Hello, so I decided to close my blog l2na it's hard for me to write all these posts knowing they are short, I won't close my twitter or ask and I'll be coming back one day when I'm ready. Hopefully, with another story.
I'll summarize the story:
Salim turned out to be her cousin from her mom's side. It turned out that she had an untie that married a man from the U.A.E and lived with him there, he was AL-Dana's mom's first love that's why they weren't talking. Her aunt came back to live in Bahrain because they were divorced and now her aunt and kids lived with them in the same house.
There was a love story between Al-Dana and Salim until one day, they got married and lived happil ever after...

I sat in my place and everyone came kissing me and saying "il7emdilla 3al salama" with some gifts. Omg if that's what I get than I'm gonna break my second leg too! ;)
I gave Salim a weird smile, ordered food, and we started eating. Me, Jouri, and 3abdulla were exchanging stares from how weird the situation was and knowing that SALIM is sitting next to Ghanim.
Time passed too slow, in the mean time curiosity killed me since I wanted to know what Salim was doing here. Should I wait for us to reach home and ask Jouri and 3abdulla or whatsapp Salim and ask him now?
I decided to ask Salim. So I stuffed my mouth with some Japanese cuisine until my tummy was full. I took a napkin that was set on the table and wiped my mouth gently trying not to ruin my Chanel nude link lipstick that I just applied before eating.
I took out my iPhone from my jean's pocket typed in my password which was "2158" and searched for the what'sapp icon and clicked on it. I then clicked on the contacts and searched for Salim Al-x:
Me: what a surprise, is Saif with u too?
Salim: expect more, I'm sleeping over at your house tonight
*Okay what's going on?! A weirdo that I met In the diabetes camp became my friend and now he's supposed to be in the U.A.E but instead I find him here sitting with my family!*

It was Abdulla and Jouri!!! Oh how could this day get any better!!
I opened the door

Me: omg guys you have no idea how much I miss u!!! And I have A LOT to tell u
Abdulla: can u please shut your mouth for now and please allow us to help u
Jouri in a low voice: we have a bigger surprise inside.

I started laughing at how childishly they acted.
Then by the help of Jouri and Abdullah I got down from the car, the had the key so they locked it, and we finally entered the restaurant.

Soo we went and kept rats all over the tents and currently, we're grounded.

Right now I'm driving with my mom back home after the ceremony. I'm already missing those people! Especially Salim and Saif because they were the closest friends to me at the camp AND they won't be in Ba7rain, their flight is in just a couple of hours.
Salim and Saif are such a great people! I'm gonna miss being around them and gonna miss them prancing me too. I have them on twitter, instagram, and what'sapp but that's not good enough because i won't be sitting around them. Especially being around Salim, he makes me feel safe and comfortable, he's always there for me no matter what happens. There is this thing that keeps me hanging on to him, I'm not sure what it is.
My mon interrupts my thought

Me: mama pleas you know I hate surprise. Please tell me! *puppy face*
Mom: wait and see (she is such a stubborn lady*
We drove even further, passing our home. We finally parked next to Maki, Sheraton.

I heard the voice coming from beside me. I turned to the right and found Sara sleeping, turned to the left to find out that it was il3anoud.
I got out my phone and started pointing at it so she can get that I'm sending her something on what'sapp.
Me: YA 7MARA YOU SCARED ME! Meet me out the tent immediately and you'll know.
I walked outside and stood waiting for il3anoud.... After a few seconds she came out wearing her hoodie on top of her pj's too.
Me: ya 7mara ya ***** you scared the sh*t out of me! *i was angry*
Il3anoud: okay hade hade! Sorry, now can you please tell me *puppy face*
You see il3anoud is the type of girl that doesn't care if someone is shouting at her or angry.... She's the yolo type....always trying to have fun.
Me: okay here's the thing...
I told her everything from A to Z.
Il3anoud: can I join?
Me: let's ask them, I'm fine with u being involved :/
So we walked towards them. Salim was holding the jar and Saif was busy, focusing on his phone.

I just woke up and it was four am. Me, Salim, and Saif had a plan. I wore my hoodie on top of my red pajama t-shirt, took my phone, and dialed Salim's number.
Me: Alo
Salim: AHLAIN!! This stupid Saif didn't get the rats ready fa Lazim we wait, aw the plan is canceled.
Me: n3m!? *I was really angry*
Salim: but I have something better ;)
Me: hahahahaha kint mtwag3a, so what do u have? *i was whispering in the phone because everyone was asleep*
Salim: tiny lizards, mwahahahaha * he tried laughing this evil laugh but he couldn't*

It's almost 9 pm now and Salim and I just finished eating dinner. He refused to leave me alone.... We are talking about how close Salim and Saif are close since they were kids oo layl7een.
Salim: since we were kids at the diabetic clinic our mom's met, oo min thak ilwaqt we're friends, actually he's like my twin. We see each other almost 24/7.
Me: I'm sure he didn't mean it, he was just angry.
Salim: I feel ina ana t'3yart 3alaih, especially after what happened with my family
Me: Bss you should really start treating him like before, can I ask what happened to your family? if you feel comfortable with telling me.
I acted as if I don't know what was happening
Salim: they're breaking apart, my mom found my dad cheating on her with another ho** (excuse me for the bad language) they used to love each other before the got married
Me: Awhhhhh... I feel sorry for u
Salim: no need to, 3al agal I found out that there is no happy endings in life
When continued talking until 10. The gathering at the tent finished. He didn't want to leave me alone, he was such a caring friend, so sweet and lovely! You couldn't ask for better.
After a few minutes Sara enters my room with the girls wearing their pj's, oo kil wa7da fe 2eedha Mofrash 7agha.

Saif: THANKS! *you could see that he was so happy*
Me: soo did u have lunch?
Saif: I just finished lunch and I came here 3ashanich *he winked* everyone is outside having fun oo i'm stuck here with a stupid girl and a sleepy old man
Me: 7adik 3al stupid girl and the sleepy young man ha!!

Me: no, but I'm really hungry!!! :(

He went somewhere, I don't know where. He came back after a few minutes With an accu-check and plates of food

We both checked, took our needed boluses, and Saif joined us eat.

Salim: ya, they wanna make sure that everything is going fine, oo tomorrow before breakfast you're gonna leave
Saif: Princess Diana kasra her leg not just a useless girl

We turned around to find no one standing behind us
Saif: *laughing* this camp must be haunted

Me: 5ala9 3ad I was jocking!! *punched him on his shoulder playfully*
Saif: mo bint!!! Hathe 2yd??
I ran heading to our tent yz3m za3lana but it actually was about time to check our blood-sugar and then go have lunch, I know he was joking.
I was running without looking to what's in front of me chan I fall on a rock. The first thing that touched the sand again was my left leg, I can see a big bruise and feel the pain. I start screaming in pain oo people started gathering around me. I can recognize the faces of Mariam, Il3anoud, Noora, Salim, Saif, 9ale7 and other unknown people.
Sara: Shfeech!! Shnw 9adich?? How did you fall??
Me: ma3rf!! *started crying* it-t-t is paining *more tears starts falling* I think I broke my leg *shouting in pain*
Salim is strong enough soo he carries me to the tiny clinic. He lays me on the white covered sheet bed. I can feel a warm hand holding mine, it was Salim's hand oo kan imasi7 ib his other hand while I was crying
Salim: 5ala9 don't cry, baroo7 anade il'doctor
Me: NO!!! *screaming and crying at the same time* la tateikny bro7e * it was kinda scary to be honest*
Salim: okay Bss la tabcheen *there was a frown placed on *his face, SOO cute! He seemed sad for what happened to me*
I was crying in pain wila the doctor comes in, I read the tag on his long white coat to find that his name is Yousif.
Dr.Yousif: long middle aged man, black hair and wears medical glasses over his black small hazel shaped eyes. You can find some white hair between his dark brown ones over his head.
Dr.Yousif: how did you fall?
Salim explained for him what happened and after a while Salim came to me..
Salim: your leg is Brocken, b7i6oon jibs
Me: okay :( *I was calmed now* aren't you going to eat lunch?
Salim: I'd prefer staying here :)
*How cute could he get!!! I hate him!! :(*

After a while I got tiered and fell asleep.

I ran heading to our tent yz3m za3lana but it actually was about time to check our blood-sugar and then go have lunch, I know he was joking.
I was running without looking to what's in front of me chan I fall on a rock. The first thing that touched the sand again was my left leg, I can see a big bruise and feel the pain. I start screaming in pain oo people started gathering around me. I can recognize the faces of Mariam, Il3anoud, Noora, Salim, Saif, 9ale7 and other unknown people.
Sara: Shfeech!! Shnw 9adich?? How did you fall??
Me: ma3rf!! *started crying* it-t-t is paining *more tears starts falling* I think I broke my leg *shouting in pain*
Salim is strong enough soo he carries me to the tiny clinic. He lays me on the white covered sheet bed. I can feel a warm hand holding mine, it was Salim's hand oo kan imasi7 ib his other hand while I was crying
Salim: 5ala9 don't cry, baroo7 anade il'doctor
Me: NO!!! *screaming and crying at the same time* la tateikny bro7e * it was kinda scary to be honest*
Salim: okay Bss la tabcheen *there was a frown placed on *his face, SOO cute! He seemed sad for what happened to me*
I was crying in pain wila the doctor comes in, I read the tag on his long white coat to find that his name is Yousif.
Dr.Yousif: long middle aged man, black hair and wears medical glasses over his black small hazel shaped eyes. You can find some white hair between his dark brown ones over his head.
Dr.Yousif: how did you fall?
Salim explained for him what happened and after a while Salim came to me..
Salim: your leg is Brocken, b7i6oon jibs
Me: okay :( *I was calmed now* aren't you going to eat lunch?
Salim: I'd prefer staying here :)

Chapter 13

Me: NO!!!!!

Me: Inzain yala, wanna go to the mosque?? *lmao7athra betkoon minak*

So we went and found our group sitting, we went and sat with them. Salim, saif, and the rest of their group were no where to be seen. When we finished with that stupid lecture and some other activities each one of us went to check their sugar. Mine was SO high 450 soo I had to drink water and I decided to walk around *yz3m exercising* soo I decided to ask Saif if he could come with me, I DM'd him:
@Al-Dana_Alx: did u vanish from this planet?
I waited for a few minutes impatiently and the thoughts kept playing in my head. What if something bad happens to him?? Did they have to take a flight and go back to thx U.A.E? After almost 15 minutes I got a reply from him.
@Saif_11: la2 I just visited mercury to see how my parents are doing and I came back ;) don't worry
@Al-Dana_Al: sa5eeef!!! Mafe as5af minik, I'm serious!!! Answer me?!?!

So I grabbed a bottle of water and my iPhone. I wore my navy blue and white stripped Tom's. I asked Sara if I can walk around for a bit since my sugar is way too high, she said yes. I walked to the boys tent and then DM'd Saif telling him that I'm outside. It didn't take him too long to come.

Me: What's wrong with you?
Saif: nothin
Me: saif..... *i stared at him* I know something is wrong

Saif: he's not acting so well with me since yesterday, whenever I talk to him he acts as if I wasn't talking to him, he's always angry, and he likes to stay alone. I don't know why!!!??

it's almost six now so I woke up the girls and Sara. I waited for them till they all get ready then we went to have breakfast, when I entered the tent everyone was there, I think we came late. I chose to eat cereal with some milk and when I finished I opened what'sapp while waiting for the other girls to finish.

Chapter 11
So I woke up at 4am, Idk why I woke up early this time -.- mo min 3adte, every1 was asleep and I didn't want to wake them up. Soo I walked to the girls bathroom changed and washed my teeth and face.
I wore a navy blue hoodie and a black short and I headed outside the bathroom, it was dead quiet and no one was there, only me waking. I guess every1 was asleep since the people in the camp should be awake at six not four. I walked around the place for a bit then entered the tent and say on y bed reading @vieblogue's first story and it was a happy ending!!! That made my day.
It was 5:30, soo 30 minutes left so I opened twitter and tweeted "is any1 awake??" after a few minutes I received a dm, and it wasn't from the person that I thought it would be, I thought it was Salim, but reading the name surprised me. The person who sent me a dm was

Chapter 7
we all stayed quiet waiting for her to say what she wants, we were afraid inna she listened to what we were saying.
Me: ahlain!! ;)
Mariam: Anna ma yeet 3ashankom, Sara itgool chaikow ilsikar and get ready we'll go eat dinner.
So Laman I checked ilsikar it was high soo I took my dose and we went to have dinner.
We entered the tent I took what I want to eat and sat but I didn't eat straight away l2na my sugar was high. I took out my iPhone and opened twitter and I saw 2 new followers. When I checked who was it I saw Salim Al-flani and Saif Al-flani , I wasn't surprised. I then checked my dm's, nothin new. I tweeted "hungry!!!! This is not fair :("
I received a DM, it was from Salim!!!!!!!
Salim: you're having dinner al7een??
Me: Eee, when r u coming??
Salim: I'm waiting for them to get ready
Me: Ohhh okayy..... Ttyl
Salim: bye
Okay this just made my dayyy!!! Or night :p
Soo I just started eating dinner and Salim and his group entered the tent, Saif was with them, they were four boys and the nurse, he was also wearing the traditional thoub mal il U.A.E, tanned, facial hair, brown eyes, a bit tall oooo matroos, not fat.
I finished eating before my group soo I told them I'd like to go take stuff and then meet them in Bait il shi3ir.
I entered the tent And headed straight away to my bed because all my stuff was under it. I bent down and took my tooth brush and my tooth paster, I wanted to stand up u'll I felt some1 poking me. I turned around to find Mariam standing behind. I got up on my two legs and faced her.

Chapter 6
Just to clear things up, this is how our day passes in the camp:
- wake up at six get prepared and eat breakfast.
-after breakfast we exercise until it's 8.
-change our outfits and then we gather in in one of the tents 3ashan fe mo7athra about random stuff.
-we pray 9alat il thihir and rest, take our doses and have lunch.
-Rest till it's three and then it's activities time, u choose what u want to do.
-pray ilma'3rib and rest till its time for dinner
-we all gather in bait ilshi3ir, we have a talent show and f we're done we have a simple contest until its 10
-examine our sugar and take our snacks then go to sleep

Chapter 5
So I guess you should know about the girls I my group and the nurse.
-the nurse: not that tall, a bit chubby, mit7ajba, samra. Her name is Sara.
-Nora: the annoying one and doesn't shut up bsss she's sweet, I love her. Samra, black short hair and black eyes.
Mariam: mit7ajba, mo baitha wala samra, she's like Nora soooo annoying Bss lovely, black eyes and thin.
Zain: sooo cute and shy, we try sitting with her Bss she doesn't talk. Brown eyes, samra, mit7ajba, and thin.

Soo we were sitting together and Mariam was busy texting some1 idk who....

We were chatting for almost 3until Sara galatlina Ina it's time for lunch soo we checked ilsikar and took our needed doses and went to have lunch.
Each one of us took what she wanted for lunch and sat on the table, a boy that I didn't know was sitting in front of me on the same table and was staring at Mariam who was sitting next to me.
Me: Mariam! Why is he staring at u chithe?
Mariam: Uff ignore him, mat3arfeen awlad Hal ziman?
We continued eating lunch until it was three il3a9ir. It was activities time oooo I didn't feel like going out so I sat n the main tent *the majlis*, got out my iPhone out and started playing temple run.
While I was focused on my iPhone playing I saw two boys coming in and sitting on the left side of the tent in front of me l2na I was sitting on the right side. One of them was SALIM!! And the other was his friend from the U.A.E too....
They kept staring Bss I acted as f I couldn't see them, oo after a while I saw them coming and the sat next to me.
Salim: Hala
Me: ahlain
Weirdo: how r u??
Me: il7emdillah Tamam =)) u??
Salim and weirdo: il7emdillah
Salim: hay my friend saif, a diabetic too.... He's 16
Me: okayy... Bss Tara ik he's I diabetic, all of the people in this camp are diabetic besides the stuff * I was a bit harsh*
Saif was tall, white, thin, brunette hair, he had a Mohawk Bss it was sooo small!
We got to know each other and sat there chatting for almost four hours
Salim: do u have any brothers or sisters??
Me: Fouz and ghazi, what about you guys, I'm the youngest
Salim: lulu and fawaz, I'm the biggest.
Saif: yousif and 7amad, I'm the youngest.
It was 6 ilma'3rib soo we said our goodbyes and we decided ina everyday we meet n the same place. I then went to the girl's tent prayed and sat with the girls.

We entered the tent and each one took what she want from the buffet. There are four long tables, each twenty in one table. Me, il3anoud, and the rest of the group *i'll introduce them later* went to take there seats and started eating.
While eating my breakfast *which took almost 1 hour and a half* the U.A.E delegation arrived 😍 and Salim was one of them. Salim gave me thy sweet smile from far oo I did the same than I stepped on il3anoud's foot which was under the table
Il3anoud: ouch! Shsawait???
Me: la la u didn't do anything Bss I want to tell you something........
Il3anoud: what??
Me: choofy that boy over there *Salim*
Il3anoud: jameeeeel!!!!!!!

Then our nurse told us that breakfast time is over l2na 6awlna and we have to go back to the tent oo after 30 minutes it'll be exersiceing time.
We went back to the tent oo I started chatting with Abdullah and jouri for a bit.

Me: Ohhh Salim, first u have to tell me abt that guy u never told me about.

So this chat continued between me an Abdulla until I arrived to 95eer (camping place) we decided to change the subject and when jouri comes we'll have a little talk.
I got down from the car, kissed my mom on her forehead and hugged her, then I took my bag and entered the tent and I saw il3anoud there. We sat and talked a bit and than she introduced me to our group until it was dinner time, we went to the buffet tent and ate dinner there, sat n a tent that is like a majlis for all the people n the camp (boys girls and staff.. Etc) took out snacks and went to sleep.
So let me tell u about the camp. There are five tents: girl's tent, boy's tent, mu9ala, 3iyadat 6abeeb, cafeteria, and the stuff's tent. Soo in our tent there are groups 3ala 7asab your age, soo I'm in a group of sixteens oo il3anoud is with me. We have our own area of beds oo 3ala kil group age there is a nurse. There are also delegations from the GCC countries. I remember the ones from U.A.E and the other from Kuwait. The one from U.A.E was all boys.
So the first official day of the camp was today (Friday) when I first woke up in the morning I changed my pj's Into red jeans and a gray blouse. I went to bush my teeth and get all cleaned in the bathroom whic was next to the masjid (far from the girl's tent)
On my way to the bathroom I took my iPhone and opened twitter and tweeted "starting our first day here I hope I enjoy this experience" while I was typing I bumped into something hard!!! And it hurted, I thought it was 3amood ilait Bss when I raised my head to see what was it I found a boy that was abt 160 or 170cm tall, not chubby nor thin, 3ade black hair that was covered with that thing that emirates people where on their heads and a thoob, and he was tanned!!! I guess he was my age aw Akbar. *my heart was melting min jamalah!!!

I slipped my iPhone back into my jeans pocket, took everything in my mom's Lexus, and we were ready to go.

My name is Al-Dana and I currently live I'm Ba7rain. I'm half Kuwaiti and half Ba7raini and almost the whole family came to Ba7rain when 7arb il5aleej took place in Kuwait. I'm a 16 years old girl with diabetes and I'm the youngest between my siblings ( ghazi and fouz) fouz just got married to my cousin and went to live in Kuwait. Oo my parents idal3onee wayed!! Only me.
I come from a rich yet motawth3a family and my parents are soo over-protective ooo we live in a big house. Mixed school How I look: white, bruenette hair that reaches till my shoulders (wavy) wide brown eyes oo my lips mashallah fag3een red 3ala pink (k2ne dracolla) i don't have many curves and I'm thin. 152 cm & and 42kg
Jouri: my best friend. Long,white, curly blondish brownish hair. She's the energetic one between us (me, Abdullah, and Jouri) she wears glasses. 170cm and 52kg
Abdulla: the funny and annoying one, the protective one! I love him!!!!!!! People say that the three of us are like a soul of a human in three bodies. And he's always there for us. He's tanned and has a tight body with a 6 pack lined perfectly on his tummy, but he's not huge like a mojasam, and he's tall. So the three of us are friends since we were kids. Ahlna were also in a mixed school and their friendship started there oo lay7ad al7een Mikamleen il7emdilla.
Il3anoud: a close friend of mine that's in the same school too, and has diabetes just like me. That's why we're close
